Following is the info I received from Catholic Social Services: My birth mother was 14 years old at the time of my birth. She was a slender, petite young teen, 5'2", 110 lbs, with light brown hair, blue eyes, and of German, French, Polish and Scottish ancestry. She was in 9th grade and planned on returning to school. Her main interest was music. Her mother had died of cancer at age 40 when my birthmom was 12 years old. Her father worked in a factory and she helped keep house following her mother's death. My birthfather was 16 years old, 5' 10", 150 lbs, with red hair and brown eyes. He was in 10th grade and was of Polish, French and German ancestry. He ran track. His father died suddenly from a fatal heart attack at age 40. He is one of 5 children. My birthparents had known each other over the years as their families were friends.
